Internet Explorer loads old versions of a webpage-how to solve this problem?

Hello,
Whenever I visit a website, let’s use CNN.com as an example, it loads an old copy of the webpage with news from a few days ago. Every time I go back there, I have to click on View>Refresh (or F5 on the keyboard) to have my browser refresh the page and only then will the CNN homepage display updated news items. How can I fix this?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Go to Tools in IE. Go to Internet Options and select 0 days in History. Then clear your temporary Files. From that point on, IE should load new material every time you log on to their site.

I will try that. Thank you kindly for your help.

If you’re using Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options/Settings/Check for newer version of stored pages: and set it to “Every visit to page”.

Get Firefox.

Ctrl+F5 reloads the page and empties the cache.
