Well, let’s start off by awarding 45 points out of a possible 100 for not using Flash in the first place. Then it’s up to the Flash maven to make up that lost ground to get back to the break-even point, and then improve on it from there.
Actually, I would start with 100 points for not using Flash and then deduct from there for any additional pointless use.
