I have only seen it a few times but I find it sort of addictive- like masturbating with a cheese grater.
I can’t stand the guy with all the teeth. A total know all. But I still watch the show.
(It is about a person in a family dealing with some sort of addiction- prescription drugs, alcohol, eating and forcing themselves to chunder). It is not a pretty show.

I still watch this show once in a while. I have a couple family members with some addiction problems (to the point that I even considered filling out the online application for the show, but the show probably wouldn’t find them too sensationalistic enough and there are too many enablers around to change their habits, too.) I mostly like to see why they became the way they are. Weird how it’s usually “Parent X loved Sibling Y more than me.” I also like to predict if the addict will make it or stay clean before the blurb at the end of the show.
I’ve only seen it a few times. There was a young brash guy (30’s or 40’s) and also an older lady.
I suspect the show doesn’t focus on lower income areas.
