My favorite answer to this question was given during an interview for a high school teaching position:
“I have trouble controlling my anger when students make fun of my name.”
“Greatest weakness? (pause, assume disarming smile)…My overweening modesty.”
Wring is dead on.
“I get distracted by uncontrollable urges to fellate my boss.”
What? What’s wrong with that answer?
