I have no idea whether Fox411 is a local affiliate or a program, but both the Fox 411 text and the FoxNews video refer to her as Bruce Jenner. The video refers to “Jenner dressed as a woman” (sic).

I suspect that as Bruce, who by all accounts has always been attracted to women and has had quite an active love life, this phenomenon is already well known.
ETA: Good job on the surgery though. Jenner looks much better as a woman than I thought was going to be the case based on the Diane Sawyer interview.

Amazing what Photoshop can do. Isn’t it? If anyone think he really looks like that I got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.
There’s been too many recent paparazzi photos that show the truth.
If he/she has a sex life going forward, how will that work? From the amount of children and ex-wives in the picture, when Bruce was Bruce, he seemed to like sleeping with women. Now that Bruce is Caitlyn, will Caitlyn be a gay woman who sleeps with other women? Or will Caitlyn sleep with men?
If you watch the video you see that the it’s not much of a stretch. Jenner actually looks pretty much like the cover photo in the video footage.

Here he is a few weeks ago in the ABC interview. Much better lighting and professional makeup. But a far cry from that Photoshopped Vanity Fair cover photo.
It’s right there in the name! 
And having not undergone sexual reassignment surgery, what are the prospects for finding a woman who’s either gay but cool with sex with a woman who has testicles and a penis, or a woman who’s attracted to men but fine with a partner who looks like a woman and has boobs?
Might be a moot point though. Jenner said in the Diane Sawyer interview that he’ll sort that out later and at the age of 65 sex isn’t on his mind that much anyway. I’m a bit dubious as to the latter though, because as Arnold Schwarzenegger once said: “Sex at 65 may not be the same as it was at 25, but it’s not over! It’s never over!” 
Ahh, that’s much more like what I was expecting him/her to look like.
Caitlyn will sleep with whomever she is attracted to that is mutually attracted to her. Just like how it works for non-trans people.
