Is there a web based interface for IRC anywhere? (IE: Browser)

Most web based IRC clients are for specific servers. In fact ALL the ones I have seen have been.
If you are looking for a specific server, see if the server has a web homepage. For example the Undernet server have an IRC javaclient at http://www.undernet.org/
