I just got me W-2 forms from work and it brought to mind all the flap last year about the IRS and their tatics. Seems like there were some changes and even firings involved in that. Anyone heard about the status of the IRS lately? Where there any changes? Has the IRS become a “kinder and gentler place?” Or is it same shit different year?

They’ve been quite helpful and nice during my dealings with them. Of course, I was arranging to pay them money, so that helped.
