I have a child with a mild disability and I am therefore on a number of US based mailing lists to do with this.
These links have just been posted recently, and I am totally gobsmacked that this could be happening in the US
It would seem that the powers that be have decided to cut access to one of the largest repositories of information on special ed and disabilities on the web
Not happy, but powerless on the other side of the Pacific
