I just made calls last night. Today when I went to use it, it tells me to download the voice app, then links me back to my Gmail page.
i wonder if the service is down, or did something happen to my settings? i uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
What app are you using to place calls? Google announced late last year that they were discontinuing support of XMPP via Google Chat/Voice on May 15 of this year, so any third-party products which use that protocol to make calls would be broken. However, as of right now my Obi100 VoIP adapter is still placing/receiving calls via GV/XMPP so they haven’t totally shut it down yet.
