Is anyone here familiar with Radio Frequency Coagulation?

Hello Everyone,

As some of you know I suffer from FBSS (Failed Back Surgery Syndrome). Essentially I’ve been fused from L3 to S1 and as a result I’m in Tribble pain everyday. The only way to control the pain is through the user of opiods and after ten years of gobbling them down they are becoming less and less effective. The biggest problem I have though is a constant state of lethargy due to the effects of the narcotics. I’m constantly searching for an alternative treatment and someone mentioned radio frequency coagulation as a possible treatment.

I’ve searched the Web, but I’m not really satisfied I have a good understanding of the procedure or the expected outcomes. Can anyone shed some light on what’s involved and what can be expected? Life workout drugs would sure be nice, maybe this is the answer.

Disclaimer: I am not asking for specific medical advice, but rather an overview on this treatment. I know that you are either not a doctor or not my doctor, but I welcome your input.
