The wife and I have tickets on Frontier Airlines for a flight in Monday and received an email tonight telling us to call them because there’s been a change in our flight. However, every number we try for them has been net with a fast busy signal. They didn’t go belly up today, did they? You never know these days with airlines.
Update:
The phone finally rang and there is any hour wait to talk to an agent. A pre recorded message said there were emails sent out in error,. I’m guessing then a ton of customers got notices and everyone is trying to call in at once. I’ll update when we find out what is going on.
