A good friend of mine has just returned from South America, where he was able to sample Coca Tea, and of course he said it was absolutely great stuff. Being a keen tea lover, I am very much interested in its benefits, and have found a Peruvian website that sells it. It will ship to the UK, but I am not sure whether Coca Tea is actually legal here, even in small quanities. I have been unable to find any conclusive information about the law here in the UK.
So is it legal? Thanks in advance.
according to this site (http://cocaine.org/potplant.htm), the average decocainized bag of this tea contains 5 milligrams of cocaine, so whether or not it’s legal in england, I doubt it’s a good idea.
well cocaine isn’t the big evil our governments paint it out to be, but that’s another issue…
i know that its legal to import a 90-day personal supply to the US, so logically speaking it must be legal here in the UK also, since we have far less draconian drug laws. any ideas?
Another thing to be aware of: legal or not, I’d bet drinking it makes you test positive on a piss test. If that’s an issue for you, I’d be cautious.
