Sorry Floater, another native speaker, and another vote for “most definitely Scottish”.
She sounds like pretty much every well-educated Glaswegian I’ve ever met. And that number is in the hundreds.
She sounds nothing like any Irish accent I’ve ever heard, and a lot like Scottish accents I have heard. I’m with Baron Greenback - I can’t see where you’re getting Northern Irish from there.
