Not sure where. This story just came out this morning.
Here’s a January 2018 story about this:
I haven’t had a chance to digest this yet. It’s an exceedingly long New Yorker story by Jane Mayer that comes out in the 3/11 issue.
The headline is: The Making of the Fox News White House
The sub-headline says, “Fox News has always been partisan. But has it become propaganda?”
Pretty sure the Moderator’s voice says yes but I am looking forward to delve into it as I am sure it will be packed with evidence and facts that point out how now only was Fox News all that bad, it’s actually gotten worse.
Fox News says that AOC’s Green New Deal would lead to cannibalism.

I don’t think it’s related at all with Obama because the same gold frenzy was taking place over here.
Media Matters has been rolling out clips of leading conservative intellectual Tucker Carlson calling in to a radio show hosted by trusted newsman Bubba The Love Sponge a few years ago. In a series of wide ranging interviews with Mr. Sponge, Mr. Carlson, whose contributions to the conservative philosophical sphere cannot be overstated, called women “primitive”, rallied to the defense of pedophiles, and called Iraqis “semi literate monkeys”.
Other titans of conservative intelligentsia, including Jerome Corsi, Bill O’Reilly, and Milo Yiannopoulos, have been busily digesting Carlson’s monograph and have yet to release their analyses.
With the passing of Scalia, those three are most likely the only men who can grasp the density of Carlson’s deep political insights.
One click led to another and I ended up learning a little more about FoxNews. That page has a video that gives some insight into Tucker Carlson. If you’re still feeling masochistic here’s another place to start clicking.
More Carlson: “CNN is not a news outlet, it’s a super PAC.”
Fox headline: 85-year-old pro-lifer attacked while praying outside San Francisco Planned Parenthood: video
Dirty leftist.
He snagged their banner, was absconding with it, when the 85y/o man tried to stop him, by sticking the banner pole into the spokes of the thief’s bicycle.
That last part is missing from the Fox story, which seems to describe the event as an unprovoked attack. The occasion when sticking a pole into a bicycle wheel is: not ever (unless you want to kill someone).
Actual chiron from Fox & Friends this morning:
“Trump cuts U.S. aid to 3 Mexican countries”
Found on Twitter: “I hate what they’ve done to almost everyone in my family”. An article of people reporting their struggles with Fox News. Here’s an excerpt:
Just factually incorrect: Trump tweets image of incorrect numbers from Fox: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1116299933563478017
It’s hard to see how this could be an accident – replacing 43% with 55%, and claiming pretty steady poll numbers as “soaring approval”.
Maybe it’s a step towards the Emperor having no clothes, and everyone being expected to play along.
LOL, the Fox Newsies have such a hard-on for AOC that they’ve mentioned her 3,181 times in a six week period (75 times a day, 3.15 times an hour, 1 AOC mention every 19 minutes).
So recently, a vigilante militia that was kidnapping migrants at gunpoint was apprehended.
How did Fox News cover it?
Fucking christ!
There’s an article in the left-leaning but generally fair website Vox in which they write about how Fox (with an F) is shaping the narrative for the Mueller report. Predictably, most viewers still believe that Mueller exonerated Trump.
As I mentioned on another thread, partisans are going to see Trump through their filters. “The truth” as we know it is probably dead for the foreseeable future.
Fox abruptly cutting to commercial when the person they are interviewing regarding recent synagogue shootings links it to the increased anti-Semetic rhetoric championed by the Trump administration.
For the US’s entire history, Thomas Jefferson sounds about right. The current version started with Newt Gingrich in 1994.
ETA. Before that it was the Nixon years, and before that I think you would have to go back to before FDR to the Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover days.
Which thread was that supposed to be in?
