I am in the military, and for the past three years they have served me up an omelet, scrambled everything, three fried, three boiled, or whatever other eggy concoction I can fathom.
Seeing as I am almost nearly forced to eat these eggs, I am a little worried about possible effects this could have on cholesterol - or anything for that matter.
So, is it bad for you to eat 2-3 eggs every day for 3 years or more?
:dubious:
That depends on you.
If you eat 2-3 eggs a day every day for three years and your cholsterol is in the normal range - no, there’s nothing wrong with eating eggs every day. So… have you had your cholesterol checked?
If your cholesterol is high then no, you should not be eating 2-3 whole eggs per day. Unfortunately, you being in the military, this may not be as easy to change as if you were in civilian life.
I’d like to caution that it is possible to be very active, at a good weight, and physically fit and still have high cholesterol. You can’t know unless you get a blood test.
I would say it is dangerous as far as psycho-ingestion is concerned. You are ingesting two to three paradoxes in your daily Omelettes. Which came first?
