Is it bad to sleep on your left side?
NO- to the contrary.
When I was pregnant and getting puffy, it was recommended that I sleep on my left side.

Ever hear a song by Cornershop, called “Sleep on the Left Side”? I could never figure out what the hell it meant.
Bad? Naw.
It is sinister, though.
I remember the JULIE HARRIS character in THE HAUNTING (60s version) saying that she DID because “it makes your heart work harder”. IE: wear out faster.
Just a myth.
If it is, then I’m bad to the bone. I sleep on my left side most of the night. It’s just comfortable for me.
