We recently got a couple of those pill minder box thingies for our vitamins. Just having those in the house makes me feel old, but they do help me keep track of what I’m taking. Keep it out in a place where you’ll trip over it: bathroom counter, kitchen counter, computer keyboard.
I have them on the kitchen table right now, which isn’t going to be a long term solution. Also, the dosages that were available are not exactly what my doctor wants me to take…400IU of Vitamin E, for instance, instead of 600IU. I do have a multivitamin, so I’ll pop that and hopefully top off the doses.
