Is it possible to broadcast two webcam streams at the same time?

I have been searching in vain for a piece of software to broadcast two webcam video streams from a single PC over the internet (to a single user right now).

What I am trying to do is have two webcams in a room, that a user over the internet can see either both at the same time, or alternate between the two streams. I essentially want the user to be able to see the action throughout a room, at his leisure. I only need video as I have audio taken care of using a speakerphone…

It seems most every webcam application is just for a 1-1 relationship.

Edit: as I am typing this, I just realized that some people here may assume I am trying to do this for nefarious purposes.  Actually, it’s nothing so exciting… I’m trying to set up a freind who has recently relocated to another state to be able to watch and particpate in a RPG game from a remote location.

When I’m goofing around with my webcam, I’ve used a program called webcamXP (www.webcamxp.com). It claims to support up to 5 sources. I’ve never tried it with more than one, though.
