Female ejaculate, according to sex columnist Andrea Nemerson, is partially urine - though in some women, copious amounts can be produced by the glands around the vagina even if the bladder is empty.

So yeah, in women who ejaculate, really, really good sex can lead to loss of bladder control and the production a fluid that is partially urine.

I’m sure there are threads on the board we have done about this. I think that the issue(copious amounts, …even if the bladder is empty) is still unproven, scientifically.

I had a boyfriend who would do this to me sometimes. It wasn’t as fun as y’all think it is. It wasn’t painful, mind you, but I think he did it just to make himself feel manly, rather than because I enjoyed it. And it smelled faintly like pee, but a little more slippery and almost a buttery smell, too. I’d definitely believe its at least part urine.

Cecil didn’t say that, but I know from experience from trying it on myself without emptying my bladder first. Rubbing that area definitely causes the need to eliminate.

A few things could be going on:

1- the guy witnessed a female ejaculation, which he mistook for urine.
2- the guy put pressure on the bladder in such a way that the girl peed
3- the girl may have had to pee very badly, and thus lost control during orgasm

I could make anyone pee if I gave them a sudden jab on their bladder when they had to go really badly. However, this is a rude and weird thing to do.

If you are worried about giving oral to women and having them pee in your mouth- don’t be. It doesn’t “just happen.” You can always hedge your bets by having her go to the bathroom before you get down to business, so to speak.

well, it has been proven in my home, with copious amounts and empty bladder, and can actually continue doing it for an hour or more. lots and lots of liquid, definately not urine (smells/tastes kinda like coffee, actually).

and the first time it happened, i thought it was pee. kinda freaked me out. but definately not urine. although with a full bladder, some urine could come out too.

The emerging consensus, in fact, is that the paraurethral glands, which run more or less parallel to the urethra, are the “female prostate.” Orgasm may cause these glands to empty out. Some think female ejaculate consists solely of discharge from the paraurethral glands, others that it’s a mix of glandular secretions and urine, but I don’t know of any firm evidence for either theory. I’m willing to believe it varies with the individual.

I found some drawings of the Skene’s Glands or paraurethral glands. And from a free encyclopedia site -

In human anatomy, the Skene’s glands (also known as the lesser vestibular or paraurethral glands) are glands located on the upper wall of the vagina, around the lower end of the urethra. They drain into the urethra and near the urethral opening. The location of the Skene’s glands is also known as the Grafenburg spot or G-spot; the general area is the urethral sponge. The Skene’s glands are homologous (that is to say, the female equivalent of) the protstate gland in males.

They are probably implicated in vaginal orgasm and in the somewhat controversial phenomenon of female ejaculation.

That last site says the liquid (ejaculate) is frequently mixed with urine. I don’t know what to think, so I’ll stick with Cecil on this one (it varies).
