Careless Driving (or Improper Driving as they call it here in Virginia) is the cop’s call, basically. They have guidelines for what constitutes carelessness, but I would venture that Airman is just fine, since there was no cop there, and even if there was, it’d be a tossup. Not a legal interpretation, just an observation.
