Please tell me there is. I just got it on my pants and shirt. I’m about to freak out because I’m already in a terrible mood and my new chair sucks.

Have you tried spilling some ink on it?
One opinion.
Typewriter correction fluid: Let satin dry thoroughly. Brush to remove excess material. Sponge back with thinner designated on bottle. Repeat until stain disappears. Launder or send to professional dry cleaner. For Liquid Paper® stain do not use Liquid Paper Thinner. Blot excess fluid to remove. Allow to dry completely. Brush. Use a pre-wash and stain remover or alcohol. Rinse. Rub concentrated liquid detergent into the stain, soak, and rub until removed. Repeat as necessary.

I think you should be able to get it out with dichloromethane (AKA methylene chloride). This is a pretty fast-evaporating chlorinated organic solvent somewhat like drycleaning fluid, and it’s nonflammable. It dries up so fast it will condense ice out of the air under the right circumstances. Some correction fluids use (or used) it as their solvent.
Not sure where you can get it. Beware, it dissolves many plastics and can be intoxicating if you breathe fumes - but many of us feel comfortable using it occasionally. Not sure where you can get it if you have no industrial connections.
