There’s a newer procedure where the insert a corrective lens underneath the cornea that may work for you. Its even reversible.

Is it possible to thicken the coreas?

Depends. Are they bloke coreas, or chick?

I had this done 5 years ago and have not regretted it. Mine wasn’t because of thin corneas but really bad eyes. Its expensive–I think it was $5000 for both eyes, and I had complications (one eye “leaked” and had to be stitched), but I’d do it again in a heart beat. The surgery is pretty painless and you are up the whole time, and I’m a baby with pain. I was even doing a Dirty Harry dialog with my doctor–who I found out half way through the second eye was a fan.
I can’t recommend it enough. The only down side is my eyes were so bad that with the correction, I need readers and I miss what I used to call microscope vision, that is, with my glasses off, I could see very small features–like the tiniest writing, if I got close enough. Almost like I had a microscope.
It’s called intra-ocular implant. It’s basically the same procedure they do with cataract patients, it was approved about 8+ years ago for cosmetic procedures. Should be priced similarly to Lasik.
A truly enormous amount of dirt, dumped on the DMZ and then spread around, should do it.
As for a cornea - I believe there’s no practical way to make it thicker. Material can be removed, or a separate lens can be added.
If you wait until you get cataracts, your insurance will pay for a big chunk of lens implants. I got the bifocal kind, after wearing glasses for 50 years.
