If you are incapable of presenting your own thoughts and ideas independently of what has or has not been covered on some Message Board, then I might do well to take your advice regarding interest in what you say.

This has passed beyond discussion and we’re now firmly in bickering territory, which is not useful.

In response to your OP for this thread, however, I will call this to tomndebb’s attention for him to respond. I’m only looking at it superficially, but it certainly seems to me that there is a difference between arguing for/against some ethics point of view, and dragging personal insults into it. One can consider a particular ethical argument to be abhorrent; calling for poster who endorse that ethic to be “locked away” is over the line.
