A problem with this is that she probably won’t have much, if anything, to do with the invite list. My friends through me a surprise baby shower and they worked out the guest list through my husband. If you really want to actually get invited to the baby shower, I would suggest speaking with her husband about it. Or, if people at work are organizing it, speak with the person who’s in charge.
