Three actually (as also stated in my previous post): Roland Garros in 95 and the Aussie and US Opens in 96.
And coincidentally, I’ve just got back from watching Courier play - in an exhibition. He can still crank that forehand.

Why porn? A.K. has enough income from product endorsements and modeling contracts to last a lifetime.
I don’t think we’ll see the time when she has to stoop to porn in order to put food on the table.
Hopefully, her physical condition will improve and she’ll be back on top of her tennis game soon. If not, it almost certainly won’t be porn she turns to in her next career move.
Ah, right you are, amarone. I only remember the '96 US Open.
Agreed. But my point was that not only do they miss the great athlete, but they also miss their cover boy. A great athlete is really nice. But a great athlete who happens to be beautiful…well, that’s a golden goose. Golden geese sell tickets. Golden geese get a lot of free press coverage for the game. Golden geese generate excitement for the game.
Don’t you remember the days when a blonde long-haired Andre Agassi was getting all kinds of endorsement deals when he an extremely inconsistent player? It really rankled people, including his fellow players, that he had this rock star image, complete with cult-like fan following and million dollar endorsement deals, despite the fact that he was consistently LOSING key matches.
But then one day he woke up, cut his hair, and decided to get serious. And now there is no question that he belongs there.
Kournikova is young and more importantly, she does have potential. Maybe one day she’ll wake up, cut her hair, and decide to get serious about tennis. Or not. But until she decides that she wants to leave, women’s tennis will continue to welcome her because she sells tickets.
Well, not if she’s bald
