Some people have super stretchy skin that they can stretch painlessly. Collagen and Elastin make up the underlayers of the skin and are elastic protiens.
Keratin makes up the outter layer of the skin, but I thought Keratin doesn’t stretch.
Just google up “world’s stretchiest skin” to see what I’m talking about. How is that even possible?
To put it in perspective, your hair is made of Keratin and hair stretches very little before it eventually breaks. So even if the collagen and elastin of your skin is very flexible, it shouldn’t be possible for him to stretch his skin like that unless his skin is already broken.
