Out of curiosity is the new medicare plan D compliant with things like prescription discount cards, corporate discounts on pharmaceuticals to poor people (some companies offer drugs cheaply to poor people) or overseas (or domestic) internet pharmacies? Or does a person need to go to a local retailer and pay full price for plan D to count?
As an example, assume you have a prescription discount card that saves you 30% on all your prescriptions. Would that work with medicare part D or do you need to pay full retail prices to get plan D?
