No. I’d be surprised to hear anyone say otherwise.
He’s as well-qualified as his predecessor.
No. He’s wasn’t qualified when he was hired and obviously hasn’t learned anything on the job.
Over on a UK message board I wrote this in answer to the question of whether Brown would get dismissed over his handling of the situation :-
With all that experience that ‘Mikey’ has had with horses he could always go back to that line of work. I’m sure that there are many vacancies where horse-s** shovellers are needed.*
Somebody came back with this :-
I bet good money he’d manage to fck that one up too…
