There are a bunch of videos of him on QVC on Youtube, making fun of the products he was selling. I’d really like to know who made those VHS tapes of QVC and kept them in the basement for 15 years until he became famous. Who the hell tapes a shopping channel? Did they obsessively tape everything on QVC, or did they have a crush on Mike, or think he was entertaining?

The first few seasons of American Chopper too, as I recall. “Tonight on Amerrrican Chopperrr…” Worked much better than the woman they have doing it now, especially since you hardly see any women in the entire show except for grandma Teutul.
I’m a straight male, but I understand that a significant portion of *Dirty Jobs *viewers are women and gay men who feel the same as you. And I’ve noticed that Mike seems to find a reason to take his shirt off more often in recent shows. It’s not blatant, but I have to wonder if there isn’t a little bit of pandering going on. :dubious: (Not that there’s anything wrong with that)
Until I saw him do the Ford commercials noticed how STUPID a man over 40 looks in a baseball cap. I guess I’ll have to stop wearing mine
