Is my cat insane?

[QUOTE=SomeUserName]

Now we come to Bob. I admit he is my favorite and he just wuvs his meowmy, yes he does. He sleeps like this

Dude! No freakin’ way! I thought Moonpie was the only cat who did that! We call him “seal-kitty.”

The whole size difference thing made no sense to him.

I am fairly sure that cats have absolutely no concept of how small they are, and if they did, they wouldn’t care. I love that about them. And I can just picture him trying to take you down. :smiley:

Yes. Next question.

When I was living with my father, I noticed a very strange habit (litter-related too) our cat had.

I was often home before my father, so I could watch the cat doing this. As soon as he would hear the car coming (he was hearing it long before me), he would go in the litter-box and do his little poo. My father used to come back at the same time, but not always, and our cat seemed to wait for him to poop… When I’d see our cat do this, I’d know my father had arrived… Very strange habit !

Nine cats and at least one dog, eh, SomeUserName? You might as well join up now - you’re in good company here. You can tell that you’re owned by cats by the curtain carefully pulled back so kitties can sit and stare out the window. :smiley:

(I love Bob’s pose - half action hero, half soliloquy.)

Yes I am quite the servant. I have three dogs total, 2 cockatiels, a turtle and fish.

And they look a lot alike. None of my other cats sleep like that. Bob will jump off the chair and then just smash himself on the floor like that. He is sort of a little freak.
