In general I can’t stand Martin Short, but I must admit that I really like PTG. The interview with Rob Lowe where he turns a question about Lowe’s lack of an accent into one concerning his feelings on Barbara Sinatra was priceless. Oh well, I guess you had to be there.

I like the show, but it would be alto better if it was cut down to 10 minutes. I don’t care for the skits, and really just want to hear Glick say [high voice]"what,what,what,what,what,what,what…
I think the show sucks. I don’t find Martin Short funny at all. IMO, the only truly funny show on Comedy Central is The Daily Show.
What the heck is the deal with his voice? It’s really high, then it gets really low. Is he trying to sound more masculine by using the lower voice, but keeps slipping back into the high voice? Is he supposed to have gas? Is that just supposed to be his voice? What is the deal?
