If a glass of blood were put into a refrigerator, would it coagulate and become undrinkable? I’m thinking it would, but It would be useful for me to have some manner of cite backing that up.
Thanks for anything you have.

This parallels my experience with bunny blood. Coagulation takes a while in the fridge, but it still happens.
Vlad? Is that you?
I’m not sure why you would put blood in the fridge without adding a little anti coagulate first though, such as heparin or something. For example, if I was a vampire bat, I would just spit in my glass of blood and stir it around a bit, to keep it liquid.
“The anticlotting proteins contained in the saliva of vampire bats have been estimated to be 20 times more potent than any other anticoagulant currently known.” - Encarta
Sure it is…just be certain you keep the garlic elsewhere.
OK…I’ll be the one…
Why the heck do you need to know this in a hurry!?
I wanted to know the same thing. I’ll be watching for an answer. xo, C.
