Is Safari for Windows any good?

Ah, I see. Definitely missed the obvious there!

Well Safari can’t seem to handle the pop-up window for hyperlinking with vb code. It requires you to type in either the text or the URL manually because you can’t store both in the c&P buffer.

Most likely it was to ensure the development of Safari apps for the iPhone. Apple can now point out that their browser is available for all popular platforms (save Linux) and hope that this will speed development for such things. Also, if you’re a web designer who only has a PC, but one of your clients has a lot of Apple customers, then you can now tell what the site will look like on a Mac.

I’ve installed it, but am not incredibly impressed with it. Of course, back when I had a Mac, I ran Opera like I do on my PCs, so it’s not really surprising that I wouldn’t use it, I suppose.

It has got a pop-up blocker enabled by default.
