She did not file anything related to RICO. However, she has hired new attorneys and it looks like they are upping the ante.

Finally, I can’t recall if I posted a link to this yet or not (and the board is moving soooo sloooowly that I’m not going to check), but, pertaining to some of the recent discussions, Rudy has denied a prior friendship with Mark Burnett.

In a new twist, now we have a First Amendment battle on our hands. CBS sent a subpoena to Peter Lance (who wrote The Stingray and first revealed all of these allegations). Now, Lance is fighting the CBS subpoena.

This is getting really interesting…
