So, what happens now that it has come out that Juror #4 is a crazy-assed liar?
More was crazy than her ass.
She was replaced I think so did not vote in the decision. But it might give Stevens lawyers some fodder to complain about. Whether they can ask for a new trial on that basis ,I do not know. She acts like she was paid off.
Hoperfully nothing changes. The juror was kicked out very early in deliberations, an alternate was picked, and the jury was instructed to begin deliberations again.

I realized she had been replaced a few minutes after I posted, but work interfered (hate it when that happens), and I couldn’t get back to edit…
But still, I’m impressed that she was able to supress the crazy long enough to get seated on that jury…
They keep saying things are different in Alaska. Maybe that’s pretty normal.

By lying to the court officials about her father (so she could go play w/ponies), is most likely a contempt of court charge.
I do not think the judge wants to deal with her. She seems to be nuts.
