I clicked on this link on IGN to read thier reveiw of this new Interact Gamecube controller. The title of the review makes you think that the guy really liked the controller, so do the final numbers. But if you read the (lengthy) review it sounds like he is bitching about it more than he is praising it!
I am not a literary guru, but am I imagining things here? If you didnt get the numbers at the end of the review would you think he actually liked the controller as much as he did?

The handles are wider and the body is thicker, but the buttons are actually closer together. It’s true - the distance from the left edge of the analog stick to the right edge of the X button is a few millimeters shorter on the SuperPad Pro. You don’t really notice this when using the main buttons; it simply feels comfortable. However, since your hands are further from one another your fingers rest more naturally on the triggers with the SuperPad Pro. On the GCN controller the triggers seem somewhat awkwardly placed and in this regard I think InterAct outdid Nintendo.
You can get to the Z button much faster from InterAct’s triggers. I’m still playing loads of Burnout, and the rearview mirror is much more accessible with the SuperPad Pro.You can get to the Z button much faster from InterAct’s triggers. The only reason I don’t suggest that you run out and buy one of these immediately is that official controllers are now only five bucks more. That’s a hard sell for InterAct. In terms of design and performance, however, the SuperPad Pro is an excellent specimen, and one any third-party manufacturer could learn a thing or two from. The analog sticks are terrific, it is comfortable, and it doesn’t have that horrible, empty feeling that most third-party models have. All told, I recommend that you consider the SuperPad Pro even before you invest in a genuine Nintendo controller. I like it that much.
My verdict: M. Wiley believes this is better in some categories than Nintendo’s, and worse in some categories in Nintendo’s. Overall, he likes it! Hey Mikey!
LOL…
If I were writing to criticize a poorly written article, I would make DAMNED SURE there were no mistakes in my post’s subject line.
What’s it called when this happens?
