My instinct is to think his weight gain is a physical demonstration of the stress and strain he feels, but I guess it could equally be adjusting to a whole new routine to his life. Probably both.

He wouldn’t have that particular shape. The high end body armor, enough to protect from most rifles, is flat ceramic plates. You’d see a characteristic shape under his suit. The lower end but more comfortable kind is kevlar woven into the suit itself. Won’t protect from rifles but will stop most pistol rounds. No bulge or obvious shape - but it doesn’t add much bulk. Rumor is that Obama wore suits like that.
The high end armor would add bulk but be obvious, the low end stuff doesn’t add much bulk or weigh much, but won’t protect from long guns.
More and more with each passing day, I am convinced the answer is yes. So go ahead and load up on those cheeseburgers, Trump.
