I have an Nvidia GeForceMX video card, and I just noticed that it has an S-video port on it. The Nvidia website has no real info on the S-video port - is it an input or an output?
its for output … to get input you need to buy a tv tuner card
It’s for output. If you have the nVidia software installed, you can open the Display panel and enable the two monitor mode. Right-clicking on a minimized window should give you the option of monitor 1 or 2, where 2 will be your TV. Watch MPEGs and such on your TV.
I haven’t figured out how to put games on the 2nd monitor yet.
