Is the Simpsons Sea Captain gay?

Just wondering?

CHarrr!

Not on land, or so he says. The recurring joke with the Sea Captain and his crew is that at sea, anything goes.

Not on land, just at sea.

Think maybe the strain of living a double life is contributing to his cripplin’ depression?

I don’t know about him, but apparently, the longer his crew stays out at sea, the more they long for each other.

“Thanks for deliverin’ these copies of Juggs. They’ll keep me men from resorting to homosexuality…for about ten minutes.”

But then again, how often does he go out to sea? Remember the “all-you-can-eat” case…

“Captain McCallister, is it true that you’re not a real captain?”
(ashamedly) “Arr…”

the sailor: “Look who’s talking.”

Most of the time, he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Leave the man alone! He’s got two glass eyes.

If you ask me, he’s got a torrid affair with squidy. Sure, he wanted to kill him when he thought there was gold in his belly, but then they became friends. Maybe good friends?

I have heard that most sea captains are fond of buoys.

He’s whatever makes a good joke, like most of the characters. He’s not written as consistently gay.

I’ve got pictures of him with Spongebob Squarepants and one of the Teletubbies and it ain’t pretty.

Well, on the Simpsons, women and sea-men don’t mix…

We know what you think.

In the “Be Like the Boy” episode, he takes a picture of Patty and Selma walking around naked and mentions it will serve him well on his long voyages.

But given that it’s Patty and Selma, that doesn’t really prove anything one way or another.

They don’t like gulls?
