When I read about this, baseball moms in Utah pounding the crap out of each other, people suing neighbours because they wear bikinis while gardening, and a host of other ridiculous events, I am convinced that people in Utah need to abandon their Mormon beliefs and start masturbating. 
Abusing your body has gotto be a whole lot better than the mind-screwing these people are suffering from.

My vote is for morons. But there really are people who believe the UN is massing an army that will invade the US. They have books in Barnes & Noble. It’s pretty funny considering the UN has no troops, and usually manages to screw up pretty bad even when they are loaned troops. See Rwanda. A handful of troops, mostly from Ghana I believe, were the only heroes of that UN contingent. They stuck around and actually tried to save people.
That law is unconstitutional in my humble opinion. It clearly violates the first amendment. If I lived there I’d certainly lobby for its repeal, even though I have no intention of flying a UN flag.
