Is there a chinese restaurant master ingredients guide?

I can never remember if the thing I liked was szechuan or kung bo or hunan or what, and the menus around here don’t list the ingredients or describe the sauces.
I used to make notes on my carryout menu as to which dish had what, but of course that’s gone missing. I tried yesterday to find a guide on-line with no success.

I love lots of vegetables, and various of the spicy sauces but it makes me sad when I get the one with onions, mushrooms and corn - ick. I went to the restaurant yesterday so I could ask them face to face but we had communication issues. Any help?

ETA: I’m guessing I’ll just need to rebuild my cribbed menu as there are going to be huge variations between the different restaurants and no one’s playing by the same rulebook as it were. Just wishing out loud, I guess, for a master guide.

Well, here’s one ingredient anyways…
[sup]sorry, I got nuthin’[/sup]

That’s a great video, I hate that song so it’s a big improvement  I kept getting recipes when I was googling the dishes yesterday. Sigh. If only my memory weren’t crap it wouldn’t be such an issue.
