Is there a Color Balance adjustment plugin for Adobe Photoshop Elements 10?

The version of Photoshop that I have on my (fantastic) new computer is Elements 10. There is no way to adjust the color balance with this program, unbelievably! There are many color adjustment options, but there’s no simple slider for red/blue, magenta/cyan and yellow/green.

This is not acceptable to me - I need to be able to adjust the color that way. My ancient Photoshop CS3 can do it, on my other computer - but it’s not compatibile with the 64-bit Windows 7 on this one, apparently.

Is there an add-on that I can use to add this feature?

I’m only up to PSE 6; but with that I use Enhance>Adjust Color>Adjust Hue/Saturation.

From there I can adjust the hue, saturation and lightness of red-yellow-green-cyan-blue-magenta as well as overall.

If you’re looking to adjust the amount of, say, blue in blue, or cyan in blue, or magenta in cyan, or somesuch (IOW, complete color correction) you may want to go back to your ‘ancient’ CS3. Which is far from ancient; I still use Photoshop 5, from 1999, and I’m quite satisfied.

Elements was designed to have fewer controls.

I have (32 bit) Photoshop CS3 on my 64 bit Win7. Works fine. What’s the stumbling block?
