I occassionaly visit a gay-run turkish bath ( I’m straight, by the way), and could not help but notice that the vast majority of the gay clientele seem rather big ‘down there’. Is there a connection beteen being gay and having a big 'un ; or am I just being paranoid as well as envious…?
There’s certainly a connection between penis size and being happy.
As to being gay, well, rather doubtful.

As a straight guy, if I were surrounded by naked bathing women, even if I were making an effort not to stand at attention, I don’t think I’d be suffering from shrinkage. As a result, I’d probably look bigger than I would in an ordinary locker-room situation.
Maybe they’re not necessarily big, they’re just happy to see you.

With as little insult to the OP’er as possible I’ll say that the OP is ridiculous. It sounds like the kind of question an insecure guy with a small penis would ask (again, not saying the OP is small penised), along the lines of jealous guys starting rumors that Errol Flynn, James Dean, Richard Gere, Leo DiCaprio, GuyOfTheWeek are gay.

Damn… I just read about this recently, it was among a list of sexual urban legends. I think that it is more likely that since gay men are “size freaks” (muscles and penis size, so I have been told by a gay acquaintance) you are more likely to find gay men of larger size in a place where they legitimately show off. Consequently, there will also be fewer gay men of small size, as they will be especially intimidated. A straight man would not care about any of this, and therefore any population of straight men will be of average size.
I really think the same results would be found in a predominantly straight turkish bath.
As has been posted men(gay or straight) of small size aren’t eager to be naked in front of others.
