Is there a gadget for wringing moisture out of frozen food?

I just let stuff drain in a colander for a while. (I have more than one colander, and one of them is made out of stainless steel if anyone remembers that thread) I will press food against the sides of the colander to force water out, works great with grated potatoes when cooking up a huge batch of latkes. I’ve found frozen stuff releases water readily as it thaws, but does end up pretty wet and needs time to drain.

Seconding this. It’s easy to rice fresh cauliflower with a food processor; probably less labor-intensive than wringing water out of the frozen stuff.

update: I finally made pizza dough with fresh cauliflower instead of the frozen, and it was excellent, though surprisingly wet. I was expecting the food-processored cauliflower to be very, as raw cauliflower doesn’t seem to have much moisture in it, but it did. I had to add the same amount of flour to the mix (mozzarella and egg) as I did with the frozen stuff once I’d wrung all the moisture out of it.
