Seemed like the pumps were busier than normal here in S Florida this morning. I won’t need gas until Sunday or Monday, hopeful this mini-panic, if indeed that’s what it is, will be over by then.
Heh, I was sitting there trying to figure that out, and I was like… “reach-around?”
Then I looked at the username and it made sense.
Heh! I’m not sure whether to be flattered or insulted.
Gas stations on Buford Highway are selling at $3.09 a gallon, just FYI. And no lines either. The pipeline terminals are up in Doraville, close to there. No idea if that actually affects anything, but I notice the farther you get from the terminals, the more expensive the gas gets.
Buffalo is pretty dry. Lines four or five cars deep at every station I passed a few hours ago. According to Gas Buddy and some other reports, the remaining stations with gas are are charging between $3.90 and $4.10 a gallon. Overall, Buffalo now has the most expensive gasoline in the US now.
Shit, I said that in a couple of other threads. I’m just wondering what’s going on here that’s not going on elsewhere in the US.
The average price I see around eastside Metro Detroit is $3.29 for regular (this was for tonight).
