Is it possible for a group to host a low cost or even free vaccination clinic? Like hosting a Red Cross event, but for childrens’ vaccinations. Or even adult vaccinations if that is a thing that is offered as well.
If it is possible, how does one do that? I was unable to find anything via google.

Yeah, it depends what you mean by “host”. If you mean you’ll supply the location, date and time, then you’d need to find a clinic willing to front the cost of the services. If you mean you’ll front the money for the service, then all you have to do is find a clinic willing/able to work with you on the date/time you want.
It’s not much different from any other kind of charitable event: you have to somehow fund the service being supplied, handle the logistics and marketing, recruit and organize volunteers, and then run it on the day.
