Is there a way to listen to satellite radio on a headset?

I don’t have a satellite radio service though I intend to get one in the near future. Is there currently anything offered by Sirius or XM that would allow me to listen to the radio on headphones while working out or walking?

Sirius has the Stream Jockey, and XM has the MyFi, both of which have built-in headphone jacks.
