I’ve tried right clicking and left clicking but no response.
A bunch of places host Windows Spotlight (the name of the image series) galleries. I’d check one of those. I’m sure you can pull it from a cache somewhere, but I don’t know where it’s hidden.

But you’ll have to examine them individually because the names are (deliberately) obscure.
While the lock screen is on, try pressing Print Screen/Prt Scr button. Then, go to Paint and do control-V/Paste.

You can also use GitHub - ORelio/Spotlight-Downloader: Download Windows Spotlight images and apply them to wallpaper or lockscreen. to download them
What I’ve done a few times is use the camera on my phone to do a google image search for it and it’s usually the first result.
