One of my favorite single-panel cartoons ever was in a men’s magazine. It depicted a fully clothed, smiling lady receiving this thread’s topic, in a courtroom atop the tall bench of a black-robed judge, who momentarily lifts his head to opine with a hearty grin, “Counsel for the defense is right! This definitely is NOT an obscene, lewd or perverted act!”
Wonder what pronunciation the OED itself provided for cunnilingue?
It looks like a tough word to wrap your tongue around, but I’m hazarding a guess that it gets the same treatment as the -ngue at the tip of your “tongue”. So to speak. (Sorry about the puns, but you know the old saying…if you can’t lick 'em, join 'em.)

In the same spirit of hyjyljyj I saw a cartoon once where the setting was a grocery store giving out free samples of “Condeleeza Rice”. She was spread out on her back getting cunnilingued while a line was forming. She seemed pretty happy about the whole thing.
KGS – Maybe its called “giving head” where you come from, but if I told a buddy I’d just given a girl head they’d ask me if it was the girl from “The Crying Game”.
