Is There Any Factual Evidence High-Ranking Nazis Planned an "Exit Strategy"?

I mean (of course) the ones who were not fanatics, and who wanted to die with Hitler. It seems to me, by late 1943, people in the upper ranks of the Nazi hierarchy knew that Germany would lose. There would have been plenty of time to prepare false identities, passports to neutral countries, escape routes, etc. Of course, this would have to be done in secret, because you might get in a lot of trouble if you were thought to be a “defeatist”.
At any rate, given the chaos at the end of WWII, it would have been pretty easy to escape, if you had a plan and plenty of money. Did a lot of high ranking Nazis do this?

Yes, lots and lots of them.
